2. General data and server log files
When a website is accessed, technically necessary information may be processed by the hosting provider in server log files. This may include the browser type and version, operating system, previously visited page, requested subpage, date and time, IP address and internet service provider.
This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and without technical errors, to defend against attacks and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of our website.
4. Locally hosted media
Images, graphics and videos are delivered directly by this website. Playing the campaign film therefore does not establish a connection to an external video service such as YouTube.
5. External links and social media
This website contains links to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, EcoCert and the PAC corporate website. A connection to the respective external provider is established only when you open one of these links. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on its website. No social media plugins are loaded on this website.
6. Contact and inquiry forms
If you contact us by email, phone or through one of the inquiry forms, we process the contact details you provide, your message and the selected plants or promotional materials in order to handle your inquiry. Plant inquiries are sent by email to the responsible PAC contact. Promotional material inquiries are sent by email to the responsible Floramedia contact.
Depending on the content of the inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or for as long as statutory retention periods apply. Once the purpose no longer applies and there is no statutory retention requirement, the data will be deleted.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access your stored personal data, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion or restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access. However, internet-based data transmission may still have security vulnerabilities; absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
10. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
11. Updates
This privacy policy will be updated if the technical or legal circumstances of the website change.
